Job Purpose: Responsible for planning & managing campaigns to promote institution s quality & services. Brand managers are concerned with creating a lasting impression among students & improving admissions and marketshare. (KRAs) 1. Public speaking, taking seminars and travelling as and when required as per the need of the job. 2. Analyze how our brand and institution is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted students insights. 3. Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to. 4. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. 5. Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action. 6. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. 7. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and coach the team and get the best from everyone
